4. Node Operation & Validation

OshVanK operates validator nodes on various networks. Staking your tokens with our validator nodes is done at your own risk. We strive for high uptime and security, but we are not liable for any slashing events or loss of funds that may occur due to protocol-level issues or unforeseen technical failures.

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data presented. Blockchain data is inherently complex and delays or discrepancies may occur.
